Very rude representative

I spoke to a very rude person from PersonalizationMall! I contacted the company because I wanted to know about the status of my order. I paid extra money for express shipping but there were still no sign of my order! I asked the person what was going on and received rude and very impolite answers. The rep told that I was annoying and asked me to stop calling! I did get my order and after several calls they refunded me the shipping cost, but I'm still shocked from their customer service!
