Very rude!
Xing have an extremely rude customer support. They do not agree with anything the customer says. They also conflicting information , and it is hard to follow on the cancellation procedure of the account. I would suggest to stay away from them and find another system where you can get better services and more chances to find an employee. There are a number of things which were dissapointing. The filtering is just awful . Considering they are not an aggregator and have their own system it was absolutely a disaster to use the filter. Linkedin , Indeed are all much better and more clear and simple to use .
