The installer Jared arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and told us how long it was going to take. He asked us if we had any questions before he started. He covered the bathroom floor, vanity top and toilet so no damage would occur. He was very organized, professional and the job he did was excellent. He cleaned up so we had nothing to do but enjoy our new bathroom. We are very happy with the Bath Fitter product and the installer Jared. - VALERIE ARSENAULT
