Very poorly made and cooked salad

On 10/23/19. I ordered Parmesan chicken salad, the chicken was cooked very hard , so was the other meat , maybe 2 tomatoes , was very disappointed when I opened the meal for lunch at work , I ate a couple of bites and threw the rest in the trash This happened at the pembrook location
