Very poor unprofessional customer service

Bought an item which I found to be defective, seller initially refused to accept return, I raised a dispute and Lazada found in my favour. Item as return, however after a week I contacted Lazada Thailand to find follow up this case and the refused to assist in refunding the money. They said that the seller has 20 days to investigate and then deiced if they should refund the money. At no point was this mention to me. Customer service would not assist in sorting this out,
