Very poor tech support

My internet went down on Sunday evening. I called tech support on Monday at 6:00 am. I was told, since we couldn't get it reconnected with level one tech support assistance, that level two tech support would call me within 24 hours. That didn't happen. I called back and texted, and my internet came back - but Wi-Fi is dead. A tech was supposed to be here by noon - that also did not happen. They didn't even ask me if I work from home...during any of my contacts. It appears that now there is competition in the local area for other internet providers, they are not concerned about loosing customers. providers, they do not seem concerned about loosing customers. User's recommendation: Don't go with Frontier for your internet, unless you like being disappointed.
