very poor services for international tour booking

I'm writing this complaint after facing serious apathy and lack of professionalism from Yatra employees in our international tour booking. I'd booked my honeymoon trip to Thailand with Yatra on Sept 17, 2014 (Booking Id - S1114786). Since then I've been following up with Yatra personnel (Aditya Koer and Nitin Jha) numerous times for HOTEL VOUCHERS AND EXCHANGE RATE FOR BALANCE PAYMENT but haven't received any response from them. I also wrote for assistance in filling out some forms sent by them but haven't heard from anyone. This, despite telling them that WE NEED HOTEL VOUCHERS FOR VISA APPLICATION. Throughout the booking process our queries were never addressed completely and satisfactorily. We'd to keep calling and writing mails again and again for the same queries but still these people didnt bother to respond. I also wrote to the complaints ID ([protected]@yatra.com) on 12th Nov at 1.28pm and haven't received any call from them YET (unlike the tall claims of Yatra that they will call back within 4 hours of complaint). After all this I spoke to Mr. Vibhor Mathur (Manager in Yatra) and told him about our grievances and future expectations from Yatra. Despite that we haven't received adequate response from anyone. We're very shocked and disappointed by the highly unprofessional and carelessness in services by a reputed name like Yatra. This deficiency in service which has cost us lot of time and mental stress, especially as this is our honeymoon we were planning. Attached is a sample mail of my correspondence with Yatra.
