This company USED to be great - good service, dependable. Now it's a nightmare trying to get delivery. They send reminder emails and leave automated voice messages on the phone to remind you that they'll be coming the next day. But they never come. You can call and speak to a very polite phone person who never has any answers. No manager or supervisor will ever call you back. Two months this has been going on. Oh, and the water dispenser is non operational.
