I was waiting for my turn to help but this 3 staff .rowena the supervisor ,Jennifer and another lady.at the front desk.they ignoring my presence they just help other people which not on the line first of all I was there first before this people came.I was pissed to this people specially this supervisor..hello you should be thankful because you have a job at this time..you do your job properly and not standing in the corner whispering to your co worker.....I hope your manager will give you a good training how to give a good service to the people User's recommendation: You have to let it out your concern.
