Very poor service and very poor customer service

We went with this co in dec 2019. Seemed ok then. Then in March 2019 service on all phones went down to one bar. Continual contact with them did no good. Even before covid waits on phone over 40 minutes, chats start around 178 on que. Calls to them were dropped, and they never called back and had the number. Said they had to do testing each time. Did this several times a month since spring. They never notated any calls, said we never contacted them. That is a lie. Found out my new phone I am still paying on was not defective. Apple confirmed it is their service of one bar. Contacted consumer protection, and they tried to help. Then got a return email from consumer cellular to me they blocked us from contacting resolution center. I did print that out for reference. They refuse to let go hostage of my phone, as we cannot use the service with one bar all of the time, and dropped calls, many calls not received, many not able to call out, and they say oh yeah you can look at the bill. On that bill we are not always home. Have remade calls, calling others to call others for us, unfinished calls. They will not acknowledge that my phone has not been in operation at all since Aug 9, as it does not work. Cannot get signal. The new phone I am still paying on. Apple verified not defective, they will not acknowledge and again want to do more testing. lol. I am still paying on no service, and on a phone I cannot use. Had a type of emergency today where someone had to drive here about 11 miles one way to give us a message from my hubby's 83 year old dad cuz he couldn't call us. Hubby tried calling him, kept disconnecting. Can't have no service like this. We want to leave them and they are holding my phone hostage on still owing on the phone and will not agree to work on a mediation on payoff on that phone, to leave them, so we remain with this awful service. For more proof check out reviews on trust pilot on them. Same things. They refuse to cooperate, and keep bringing up more testing. Claims Apple is lying too. All those sim cards they sent us do NOT work on these towers!
