2 sons plumbing were contracted to come put in plumbing for remodeled bathrooms. The plumber 2 sons's sent out ( or whomever he supervised) made a huge mess costing me nearly double to repair their errors. Per the new plumber who was brought: 1) tub drain for new tub had to be moved 6 inches further away from wall ( it had been plumbed too close) 2) Tub stand alone faucet was installed too close to wall, also needed to be moved 3) Shower valve was leaking- so water was turned back on but not tested 4) Stub outs were installed way to high-10 inches above drain line & 36" off of the floor The tile floor needed to be reinstalled, as well as the plumbing redone. I have spoken with Tyler several times. Initially he agreed the stub outs appeared too high. He has stopped returning my phone calls after I asked him to ask his plumber if he had measured the tub before installing the tub drain. He has expressed repeatedly that he didn't like the way he was spoken to by my contractor. Who cares about that if your plumber does *** work? In my opinion, this is a company who cares more about their feelings being hurt then giving good service. I'd avoid them at all costs.
