Do not insure with this Company. I mistakenly made an overpayment on one of my homeowner's policies, and almost immediately made them aware of the fact and asked them to reverse the charge on my credit card. They acknowledged that I had overpaid, but would not refund the credit card. Instead they told me I would have to wait to get a check in the mail. REALLY? If you pay with a credit card then surely you should have the right to get it reversed? According to this shady company that is not their policy and there is no-one you can escalate this to. This is total B*****t. Avoid them because if you have to make a claim, I suspect you will run into the same delaying tactics so they can hold onto your money as long as possible. User's recommendation: Avoid.
