Very poor quality. Purchased because old Berber held up for 20 years with children & cats. New Berber had pulled places within 90 days. No warranty or advice whether to glue our cut pulls.

No disclosure that carpet is not acceptable if pets are in house. Asked merchant what to do. Was told that she would contact Shaw and that they would advise, no response received. User's recommendation: Do not purchase if you have pets.
