My Electrolux refrigerator broke for the SECOND time in two weeks! I lost a lot of food both times - NO compensation. Very POOR service! Tech was to be at my house at 8 AM - came at 3:30 - by then TOO LATE to order replacement parts. Now it won't be fixed until FRIDAY! Couldn't order today for delivery tomorrow. The first time it broke it was about a WEEK before it was repaired. They shipped parts SECOND DAY AIR to save them money!!!!! Electrolux appliances were included with the new house. Dishwasher had to have ALL parts replaced. Refrigerator only 15 months old! I've NEVER had any problems with GE or Whirlpool products. I've NEVER had to purchase a maintenance agreement before. Even buying one has NOT given me good service! I had no idea what poor quality these appliances would be. I wish the builder would have given us an option!
