Very Poor Management

We place order with Snacks To You ever other month. One, they never send invoice for your bill. Second when you place order for they make you go round and round even at the management level. We made payment via credit card, they still making us wait 10 days before we can order again. We have spoken to the phone operators, and the managers. One, they never pick up the phone, you have to leave the managers voicemail. When they call they are just as bad as the person you spoke to first. It is very inconvenient and frustrating.
