VERY POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE

I have spoken with (via telephone) various City of Chicago employees with the Clerks office as well as the department of Finance on several occasions and have continually received the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. It may benefit the City of Chicago to completely retrain its staff on the value and importance of quality customer service.
