Very Poor Customer Service & Unable to Fulfill Contract Obligations

I scheduled CARMOVES to transport my vehicle by June 19th for $895. Though I frequently spoke with CARMOVES (four, two, and one week out, as well as, at 96, 72, and 48 hours out), they were unable to either express to me that they would be unable fulfill the contract or set the vehicle for pick-up. It wasn't until the 19th of June that CARMOVES told me that they were unable to met the contract obligations. I had already paid $200 to set the rate and dates. When I confronted them on waiting until the date of pick-up to tell me they would be unable to fullfill the contract obligations, there only response was that I "fell through the cracks" and that they could not make any money at the price they quoted. If they would have addressed their concerns a week or two prior to the 19th, I would have been agreeable to a price increase. A price increase on the 19th was absolutely out of the question. I felt as if I was being suckered. The CARMOVES sales rep that I dealt with was TJ. I am of the opinion that this individual is untrustworthy and based on the other reviews of this company, CARMOVES is run very poorly and should be avoided at all costs.
