Very poor customer service!! Shaddy deferred interest rates

I was treated very poorly by 2 Hc processing customer service reps!!! 2nd rep was Austin ext 1308..I'm experiencing financial hardships & asked for a lower interest rate plan for pay off for a year!! I got total patronizing feed back with attitude!! I wasn't aware my interest had changed!! Please help!!
