Very poor customer service Portsmouth

They had a jacket in a sale for kids, which my daughter tried on and like, we took it to the desk to purchase and the lady customer service advised the ticket item was not matching what was in her system so called over the manager who was agreesive and rude, he wouldn’t match the price which I can understand as I’m sure pricing mistakes happen but his attitude was appalling and left myself and my daughter feeling we had made the mistake rather than the company, after buying their product all my life I will never shop with them again, terrible customer service
