Item ordered September 25th for a Christmas event December 1st. In November I had emailed numerous times to customer service who stated they were in contact with the courier. The items arrived mid December in the mail from China over 75 days from order. Very poor quality and I haven't heard from anyone in customer service since. Prior to delivery I had been offered a refund which never happened. I have offered to return these ornaments but have no address other than China. I wish I had read the prior reviews. As a result of this horrible experience I will never order from a company who advertises on Facebook again. User's recommendation: Do not order anything from this company.
