VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ Cancellation of Policy

This started in March 2020. Called to request that my dividend be applied to pay for my yearly payment, instead of every six months. April rolls around and payment is still not paid by dividend. Received papers to apply dividend for payment, filled out and mailed in April. Called C.S., they said they would take care of it. Called in May, was told that papers were on file and it would be taken care of. NOW, in June received Policy Lapsed Papers. Called June 10th, 2020. Asked for C.S. to straighten this out. Got fed up and told C.S. to cash out policy &;;;;;;; send a check. VERY POOR Customer Service. How long will it take them to send check??? Sincerely, James D. Webb of Herrin, IL.
