Very poor customer service and they dont back thier products

I've been with virgin mobile for 5years without missing a payment and in good standings. Last may i decided to get my girlfriend on the same plan as me. With all the insurances. Within a week she dropped her phone at work and cracked the screen and the phone no longer worked so we started the insurance to get a replacement phone while they fixed the broken one. We sent paper work back and forth for a month then i started calling them with no luck. They said they wont cover the phone because nobody called on it yet I spoke with a supervisor he advised me to pay them $1000 and go to a different cell provider. Do not use this company they have no customer service and they dont back thier products. Terrable money grubbing company.
