Very poor customer service and payout is almost a miracle if it happens.

My mother was in intensive care for 13 days before her passing on November 8. I started working on her claim later in the month and have done everything I was asked to do. I have been told numerous times that they are going to "expedite" her claim and we would have the check in the mail by a certain date. That date would come and go and I would call again and told the same thing. I was told today that it would be "expedited" to their manager. Waiting on the call so we will see what will happen. Not impressed with their follow through or customer service. They can take your premium but they do not like to pay out. User's recommendation: Do your homework before purchasing policies.
