Very poor customer service and no after sales service

I bought a bed from ok on 31/08/2019 its a 152cm Arabian Nights bed set from a salesman named Chris for the amount of R3699 delivery included. Chris the salesman never gave me any information about the bed what so ever. I was promised that the bed will be delivered same day however i explained to Chris the reason why i need the bed deliver that same day.i waited until the time the bed was supposed to be delivered so i phoned the store only to find that my salesman had gone home already well after canceling my day the bed finally arrived sometime later the evening...the Monday i went back to OK furniture telling them that the bed they had delivered is thorned it has a stain on and that there is a spring coming through the pillow top. They filled in paperwork and i waited for one week adventualy after phoning them and loosing my temper the bed got exchanged...Three days after the exchanged unit was delivered i phoned them again telling them that the mattress is giving way as if the springs are not good...then the headache started i was told by the salesman chris that he cant do anything he will speak to his manager and get back to me the phone was dropped in my ear and its been a story ever since if dont phone they will not phone me today it two weeks later and im still stuck with a bed i payed for but my son must sleep on the floor because the service we get from ok furniture
