I should have figured it out when they sent me my pitcher and there was absolutely no paper in there stating anything about a receipt or how to contact them. The pitcher seems to work OK but when I found out that I was on the hook for $149.00 every 6 months I contacted the via e-mail and the lady told me that I could select another plan, so it would not be as much all at once. I got delayed in doing so and when I tried to contact them again, I found they had shut down their site and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I am presently waiting to see if they send me more filters or not as they were supposed to be sent this week I think. Wonder if they charged my account as I am now a bit low and with my bills lately for alternative medicine and all I wish I hadn't bought it. $39 or $49 is a lot different that $149.00. They were not very up front about their charges and I am upset about that. Not sure if I want to send it back but I sure not sure if I can afford to pay $149.00 every 6 months. Seeing as some of you are still waiting for your money off your credit card bill. Now I am almost hoping they do not send me the filters but do not charge me so I can try and find cheaper filters. Aren't they supposed to refund your money after you have sent back the pitchers. Wondering how many have already been sent back.
