Very poor customer help service, poor call transfers and disconnected calls

I spent the last 3 days trying to get answers. With each transfer of the call, I needed to start all over again with ALL the information. After 38 minutes yesterday, Operator (Tlementia) promised that I wouldn't get disconnected and after holding for the new department for 5 minutes I was disconnected! Finally today Eli did understand what the issue is and gave me the information I needk. User's recommendation: Don't expect much, take notes so that you can follow up, take a deep breath to keep calm. Representatives may not have the tools to help and they individually deserve our respect assuming they are trying.
