We had our basement waterproofed and it still continues to leak. I have tried calling the number that is listed but both are no longer in service. It says we will have full life warranty but it seems as if they just took our money a ran. We had to call them out twice to dix the problem and yet it still leaks to this day. We have had a lot of ran here in Detroit and it is getting worse. He don't have enough money to get it fixed especially if I paid close to 6,000 dollars the first time. It is very upsetting to me and my family to go through this.
