Very Poor And Worst Service From Reseller Club

I have taken hosting service from Reseller Club.. I am facing like hell from there service.. They have very poor and worst service. Their team is worst ever I saw.. They even take lots of time to get confirm whether we can add MIME Types extension or not.. I have submitted a ticket to add MIME Types Extension and Four days passed they are just confirming with their team that whether we can add it or not.. I have software and website development company.. Our Team looking to implement new thing in our but we cannnot do b'co z of poor service from them.. I prefer not to take any service of Reseller Club. They make Customer fool. They have very unqualified team.. Even Kid would have better Idea about hosting then they have. I want to take a strict action against them for taking full money and making customer fool... They also make customer fool when the customer wants live help.. I have taken snap of it
