Very poor after sales customer support

Update by user Jan 16, 2019 Completely ignored or by Staples don't expect that they will be in business much longer. With research found the importer that handles these items for Staples and other vendors and they were very helpfull replacing the missing bumpers Original review posted by user Dec 17, 2018 Had purchased two Dulton "Lotus" stools on line some time ago. During a move I lost two of the bumpers for the legs of one stool. I spent several hours with Customer support in Richmond Hill trying to get a lead on replacing the missing bumpers. After several days and hours on the telephone the customer representative agreed to contact the department manager. I was asked if the stools were in good condition upon receipt and I replied that they had been and repeated that I had lost the items during a move. I was then told that the manager had responded that since the goods had been received complete, that they could not help me. I was advised that I could attempt to send n e-mail to Staples customer support which I did and have been ignored since. The items are manufactured and distributed out of Japan and sell for $300 ++ in their current on line catalogue
