Washing machine from Electrolux model EFLW417SIW brand new and can'T wash WITH HOT WATER. After many many calls they finally told me the cause is the hot water supply by the building. How water was tested at 49 degrees just before the hot water "IN" connection. Technician checked on that and told me that this is the basic model and I;ll have to upgrade if I what to wash with hot water. After sale service very bad and now they asked me to contact Frigidaire for a repair man. It's like if I have nothing to do in m y life but just calling for a technician. I'm not happy at all with this machine and so is my neighbour who has the same issue.
