VERY POOR AFTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

The property is at San Lorenzo Place, Tower 4 36 R1, Roces Avenue Makati Metro Manila. This case has been brought to the attention of Empire's Engineer Jed Tamayo for several months now. No solid resolution to the problem. Leak at the outside wall of the building.
