VERY PO’D WITH SERVICE!!!

For LITERALLY MONTHS, I have been having cable TV issues, among others. I've gone through their automated system, rarely and actually spoken with more "techs" than I want to name, (I keep very good notes) and have gotten only conflicting remedies. To date, the issue STILL persists!!! Please tell Mr./Ms. Altice or Mr./Ms. Optimum to quit counting their money and FOCUS on the CUSTOMERS AND SERVICE THAT ALLOW YOU TO DO THAT!!! As a "service provider", I would be EMBARRASSED to call what you provide as a service...ON TOP OF THE EVER INCREASING AMOUNT THAT I PAY EACH MONTH!!! User's recommendation: If you DON'T want frustration, poor service, and HIGHER BILLS, my advise is to AVOID THEM!!
