Had an off quilter slide out. Called Newmar Corp Technician Number, he told me exactly how to realign the slide by pushing buttons on the controller in the basement storage area, and it works flawlessly! User's recommendation: Quality built 2009 Newmar Ventana 3961, really enjoy it.
