This was our first time using Florida Red Line Shuttle service. We usually use Cruise Connection by Escot, but they were unavailable this time of year for the day that we needed. I was nervous at first, because I had seen all of the bad reviews, but to be honest, we had no problem at all. We were picked up in time for our cruise at the designated spot, and arrived in Miami at a perfect time to get on the ship. The driver was very nice, drove safely, and picked us up from the cruise terminal when our cruise was over. The shuttle van was clean and seated about 9 people comfortably. We only had 7 people in our shuttle though. I recommend this company, and plan to use them again in December.
