I replied I paid cooks pets control on the 27 of July. $123.00 and he stated when I said the 27 of July. He then stated well I don't see it and you couldn't have paid it. I then said yes I did and I have the confirmation number that was emailed to me. That person then replied I don't see it very rude and nasty and this has happen before over "8" different times I've complain about this AJ to his suppose to be supervisor, Eddie # 334-405-**** and the Dothan, Al office #334-702-**** and Corporate Office #256-355-**** with no avail! I also spoke with Eddie his supervisor on July 29 after receiving an call from (AJ) who had no concern didn't care after I told him what happen. That tells why they act the way they do no leadership which start with the head. these people want our business but are very offensively impolite, ill-mannered/ ill-bred, and this (AJ) person has always been presumptuous and his attitude towards customers is very arrogant and he's had an impertinent attitude from day one of service coming to my home. Eddie started coming out because of this behavior with this person several times and stared doing our service. so why would he have this person to call my home or try to come here knowing the problems we had with this AJ?? Then calling my home 7:30 a.m. in the morning waking us up. I've ask them several times not to but they do as they will I've told them people in my home works 12 hours shift and just be getting in from work. These are some very rude insolent peoples. They even lied about doing my service in June of this year stating they came out and when I rowed back my security cameras and told Eddie, I had proof he then change his statement and blamed someone else for lying and came out to do my service himself .
