Very nice quality but personal preference was “too short”

REF transaction ID:49U00496MD560**** of 10/18/2019. Package was received, gave them to my grandson and his comment was nice, BUT, they are not long enough. He prefers his shorts knee length and asked me to return them. Can you give me instructions and/or paperwork to return these two pair of shorts??
