I am very disappointed to find Hillary Farr is associated with this high sales pitch, low content., very expensive education system. Basically, they are charging an extreme amount of money for things that you can find on Youtube, or from a good book. We paid $2,000 for their first 3 day workshop to learn how to flip, and suffered through psychological sales from a slick salesperson telling us we weren't capable of doing it without their $40,000 mentorship. You certainly can save your money and learn from a community site of experts in the field, and good books, like bigger pockets and keep your self esteem! If you are thinking about this company, don't walk away...run! They even trashed BBB because of the pissed off reviews. They have wiped out many other online reviews somehow. Trust your instincts and avoid this way of learning. Its an "education company" who just wants your money you want to invest into real estate. High car salesman tactics. Run run run!
