Very late check-in

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., but because of high occupancy, by the time I got to the unit, it was 5:45 p.m. Adjustments were offered to compensate for the delay to check-in, but I could not handle that with the guest services at the time of check-in, which was, June 19. My stay was June 19-22, 2021. I understand the situation, but to begin with, check-in is so late, most of the day was gone.
