Very Inept Service.

I paid off my account in advance. I was told by customer care if I paid in money order they will send my title early. That didn't happen. I set up FedEx account and provided them with the account to speed up send my Title through Overnight express. One week after they come back and tell me that they goofed up and send it though general USPS. I spend several days and effort talking to customer but it's all wasted effort. After they get their money they don't care about customer. I am going to loose money because of this mistake.I may not opt for TOYOTA in future nor suggest in my friend circle .
