Very incompetent unreliable company – don,t work with them

They cancel my partnership with them in the middle of the tax season and refuse to give me any reason and explanation. It was very ugly. But I really glad they did, I have got another professional good bank right away. Customer service people have absolutely no clue about their job and product, website is terrible.
