Very Good App on playstore for this Casino. However the site has chosen not to pay out on a Big win for me. (£1350) I emailed them 5 times before I recieved what looked like a stock response informing me that I had not verified my account with docs even though no one asked me for anything!!!!! Terrible Customer service that does not email me back or disapears from live chat EVERY TIME I TALK TO THEM! I expect much better from EU sites that have to adhere to UK gambling laws. compnay have to reach its customers faster to resolve issues. so that other customer can understand taht they are not alone to get their problems slove.
