Very Frustrated!!!!!!!
My Mother has been waiting for her diabetics supplies, my mother is elderly and disabled , the last time she had received supplies has been a couple months, Therefore, I tried to contact Arriva Medical Supplies to check on the order that was suppose to sent out every three months. I have tried several times for several days and the customer service line is always busy. Also, I have even tried to contact the Head Quarters number, and of course the line is busy. I need to know if another company has taken over or WHAT? I would like to know if there is anyone that I can contact to help me with this matter. So can someone please help me in this matter.
