Received a loan thru a company Carolina improvements (not recommended), secured the loan all was well. First, I was told that there was a 3 month deferment on payments (great) but they will charge you interest to raise up the money owed and even exceeded the credit limit amount. Then I found out that they will secured a judgement against the loan in your name which hurts your credit rating and score and an attempt to keep you bind to the loan and not obtain another loan or anything to pay back the loan so that they can keep charging you interest. Predatory Loan .. I will never recommend this company and filed two complaint with the FTC
