Although the shoes seemed to be well made, they are not cushioned well. The soles and even the insoles are not comfortable since they are so firm. Their return policy only allows "like new condition" eligibility for a refund. After 2 days I realized these shoes were never going to be comfortable and cushioned as I had hoped. I was unable to leave a review on the Therafit website since their email links to do so failed repeatedly. User's recommendation: Uncomfortable soles and insoles.
