The hardware is very expensive and not reliable at all. My Ampli needed to be replaced after exactly 2 years! The panels keep hanging and need the "Technician" to reset the system! I regret having opted for this system. But I know other smart home systems are as bad. The worst bit is the service companies who are real pirates charging as much as £200 per hour for something which does not need a rocket scientist to repair. If after a couple of resets and on/offs they don't get the system up and running, they suggest a replacement anyway. That is rarely under £800 even for the smallest pieces.
