If you bought at the beginning the common areas have trees and irrigation The areas being completed over the past year and the ones not complete have no irrigation in the common areas Pulte said it’s not their problem They show beautiful areas when you are looking to purchase then do a bate and switch so the homeowners have to figure out how to keep the trees alive They also changed landscapers and now nothing is there problem we pay for this service or lack of but have no say except that we can’t do anything They should not be able to get away with this substandard work and contracts User's recommendation: Really check out what you are getting and don’t buy in the newer areas.
