Very dishonest and without integrity

I have been a member of square trade for quite some time now and i have gotten less than good customer service however this year 2018 it has hit rock bottom, in 2015 I purchased a dryer feom PP and from the get go the item had a defect it was replaced however purchasing power cancelled my warranty with square trade without my knowledge which by the way was for 5 years , so now my dryer is broken and that is when i found out that purchasing power took my money cancwl my warranty and now i am without a warranty, to make matters worst each time i call they PP gives me the run around and dont even try asking for a supervisor because you wont get Trevia and Aaron two sorry *** supervisors who had no business in trying to be a supervisor , i am not even going to rate these jokers because one star is way too much for them
