Very disappointing service – sorry.

Our meal took almost 2 hours to get to us and when it finally did, it was cold. Our original delivery was someone else's order that took almost an hour. Mistakes happen, I completely understand. I spoke with the restaurant and the driver was coming back to make sure it was in fact the wrong meal. The receipt had someone else's address on it and I have that address to the person on the phone. Not sure why they needed to check and make sure I had the wrong food. Once the driver came back he confirmed that they were making a new meal for us and that it would be rushed in 15-20 minutes. Well, we waited nearly another hour and everything was cold. I am highly disappointed in the customer service with this situation. I was willing to let the original error slide, but I was not ok with the second try failing as badly. Nothing was offered for our inconvenience and an apology was never made. You need to do far better if you plan to keep your customers.
