Very Disappointing , Scammed by Northern Tool Company Kotula

We purchased a Lift from Northern Tool , during assembly of Lift we recognized a defect with the cable release mechanism for the Locking function ( quite important could kill you if not functioning correctly) Contacted Northern tool got the run around , unbelievable , how they show absolutely no accountability Referred us to the manufacturer Don't ever buy a damn thing from these people again
