I have been trying to contact them to get a lien released on my boat. 1 - You cannot get through to them. I have been on hold for over 1 hour several times 2 - When I finally got through to a actual person, they found my information, told me the boat had been paid for since 2012, and had sent the title to my last address. I never received the title and they have not removed the lien. 3 - I have sent several emails to the only email account on record with NO response. User's recommendation: Do not do business with them - period!
